Once enrolled and about two weeks before the class is due to be delivered, all participants are sent a different role in a duologue scene via email. They are encouraged to familiarise themselves with this and explained that it will serve as a particular focus for their day. On the day itself, all participants will arrive 15 minutes before the class starts at 10am and will be briefed by Mark about the day’s objectives and timetable. The day will end no later than 5:30pm and there is an hour for lunch.
